Your gallery is ready! Now what?

1. ACCESSING YOUR GALLERY

Each family will receive a link to their child’s private online gallery along with a unique password. Once you click on that link, this page should appear. Enter your password here to access your gallery.

After entering your password, you’ll see a gallery like the one below. Your images are protected with security features to keep them safe, so they’re best enjoyed on a desktop or laptop. If you open your gallery on a phone or tablet, the photos will appear blurred. Don’t worry, nothing is wrong with your images! Just switch to a computer to see them in full detail

2. ADDING PORTRAITS TO YOUR CART

Watch the short video below, or follow these quick steps:

  1. Click on the photo you'd like to order.

  2. Click the Buy Photo button, found below the photo or in the top right corner of the screen.

  3. Choose your product from the ordering menu and add it to your cart.

Tip: On a computer, you can also hover over any photo and click the shopping bag icon to go straight to the ordering menu.

3. HOW TO ORDER A CLASS COMPOSITE:

Our ordering system requires a photo to be selected before an item can be added to your cart. To order your class composite:

  1. Choose any photo from your child’s gallery.

  2. Select Class Composite from the Specialty section.

  3. Add it to your cart.

Don’t worry, the photo you choose won’t be printed. You’ll receive the 8x10 class composite.

4. HOW DO DISCOUNTS WORK?

There are two discounts available, and both are applied automatically in your cart. No codes needed!

Print Pair Discount
Save when you order 4×6 or 5×7 prints in pairs:
2 – 4×6 prints: $15 (regularly $20)
2 – 5×7 prints: $20 (regularly $24)

Pairs must be the same size, but you can mix and match photos. If you order 3 4×6 prints, 2 will be discounted and the third will be at the regular price. If you order 4, all 4 are discounted (2 pairs).

Sibling Discount
Have more than one child at school? All of your children's galleries, plus a sibling gallery, are together in one album, so it's easy to find everyone's photos in one place.
Any 2 galleries: Save $40 when you purchase 2 full digital galleries.
2 individual galleries + sibling photos: Save $95 when you purchase both individual galleries plus the sibling gallery.

The sibling discount applies to full digital gallery purchases only.

5. I BOUGHT DIGITAL FILES. HOW WILL THEY BE DELIVERED

After purchase, you'll receive an email with a link to download your photos, along with a print release so you can print them wherever you like. If you don't see the email, please check your spam or promotions folder.

Please make sure to download your files before the gallery expires so you don’t lose access to them. If you forget, that’s ok! Things happen. Just reach out to me and I’ll get the files to you.

6. CHECKING OUT

Before you complete your order, take a moment to review your cart. Please double-check print sizes, quantities, and any digital download selections. Once your order is submitted I will begin processing it, so I am unable to make changes after checkout. If you have any questions before purchasing, feel free to reach out.

7. GALLERY CLOSING & PRINT PRODUCT DELIVERY

Your gallery will be open for 14 days from the date you receive your gallery email. The closing date will be included in that email, and you'll receive a reminder before it closes.

All print orders are delivered to your school together, with no shipping cost to you. You can expect your prints within 3 weeks of the gallery closing.

8. WHAT IF I MISS THE ORDERING DEADLINE?

Please reach out right away at kate@playfuldovephotography.com. If print orders haven't been sent to the lab yet, I may be able to add your order to your school's delivery. If they've already been sent, you can still order, but a $25 late fee will apply to cover a separate lab order and delivery. Late orders will be delivered to your school.

9. ARE RETAKES OFFERED?

Retakes are not offered. Each gallery includes at least three unique portraits of your child, each presented in both color and black & white, for a total of at least six images to choose from. With this variety of expressions and poses, my hope is that every family finds a favorite they’ll treasure.
